Where layouts are complex, space is tight, or extra reassurance is needed, we produce detailed CAD bathroom designs to clearly show layout, proportions, and finishes before installation begins.
This allows you to make confident decisions early — ensuring the final installation matches the plan, with no surprises.
Our bathroom installation process
1. Home visit
We begin with a visit to your home to assess the space, existing plumbing, and what you want from your new bathroom. This allows us to give honest advice and practical recommendations from the start.
2. Quote & product selection
Following the visit, we provide a clear, itemised quote. Once you’re happy to proceed, we help you choose fixtures, fittings, and finishes from trusted suppliers.
3. Design (when needed)
For clients who want extra reassurance, have tighter spaces, or complex layouts, we create a detailed CAD design so you can clearly visualise the finished room before installation begins.
For many projects, this isn’t required — seeing real installations is often enough.
4. Installation by our in-house team
Your bathroom is installed by experienced local tradespeople, handling everything in-house from start to finish.
